Former Minister of Employment and Labour Relations, Ignatius Baffour-Awuah, and two officials of Nsoatreman F.C.

are set to appear in court today, February 4, 2025, over the death of Asante Kotoko supporter Yaw Frimpong, popularly known as Pooley.

According to sports journalist Saddick Adams, the hearing is part of efforts by the Ghana Police Service to expedite the case.

The other accused individuals—Agyemang Duah Owusu, owner of Nsoatreman F.C., and team official Kyeremeh Joseph—were arrested to assist with investigations.
