Ransford Gyampo has condemned the chaotic scenes which occurred during ministerial vetting on Thursday, January 30.

Speaking in an interview on TV3's Hot Issues, the political science lecturer, now appointed as Acting Chief Executive Officer of Ghana Shippers Authority commended the punitive measures initiated by Speaker Bagbin against the MPs who were involved in the incident.

He explained that considering Ghana's journey so far in terms of democratic governance, the country must learn from best practices. "It's unfortunate.
