The European Union Delegation to Ghana has congratulated Dr Edward Omane Boamah, Ghana's newly appointed Minister for Defence.
Dr Boamah was officially sworn into office last week by President John Dramani Mahama, marking the beginning of his tenure in overseeing Ghana's defence and security operations.
