Nana Ama Brown Klutse has assured the people of Ghana of her commitment to fight mining in water bodies in the country.
She made this known when she visited some sites in the Ashanti Region where illegal mining has destroyed several water bodies.
The Chief Executive of the Environmental Protection Authority indicated that with the extent of damage, there will be strict enforcement of the laws to ensure that the natural resources of Ghana is protected.
