Kissi Dankwa, a special aide to Minority Leader Alexander Afenyo-Markin, has criticized socio-political analyst Alex Emmanuel Nti for describing the Effutu MP's questions during the vetting committee session as unnecessary and irrelevant.
He argued that the analyst's characterization of the questions was inappropriate. "The lecturer opined that when meeting a panel to be interrogated as a nominee, and having submitted documents to be examined, it is unfair to refer to these questions as irrelevant on the radio," Dankwa stated.
He further noted that this is the first time a nominee has been vetted for more than six hours, citing former Finance Minister , who underwent a 48-hour vetting process.
According to Dankwa, the vetting process extends beyond assessing a nominee's competence; it also involves evaluating their integrity and credibility.
