Sam George, the Minister-designate for Communications, has reiterated his firm stance against LGBTQ+ practices in Ghanaian society.

Speaking during his appearance before the Appointments Committee of Parliament on Thursday, January 30, the outspoken advocate of the Anti-LGBTQ+ Bill made it clear that his views on the issue have remained consistent over the years.

Sam George emphasized that the dynamics surrounding LGBTQ+ issues in Ghana have evolved significantly since 2014.

He noted that in the past, there were no visible advocacy offices or widespread representation of LGBTQ+ content in the media.
