Newly appointed Chief Executive Officer for the Ghana Shippers Authority, Prof Ransford Gyampo has acknowledged the president for the position offered him.
He says there is no neutrality when one is tasked to serve his nations.
Ransford Gyampo adds that the president appointed him to right some wrongs and it's a honor he won't take for a joke.. "There can be no neutrality when one is tasked to help right what is wrong in the service of the NATION.
