Employment and Labour Relations Minister-Designate, Dr Rashid Pelpuo has addressed calls for the retirement age in Ghana to be reviewed.
According to him, it will be dependent on a harmonious decision by the people of Ghana.
He stated that Ghanaians will have to consider whether it is time for the country to review the retirement age or not.
To him, he is on the side of the people who believe there must be a reform "There's a lot of talk about reviewing the retirement age now.
