In response to the challenges faced by Ghana's employment market, the Facility Investing for Employment (IFE) has launched a program aimed at creating opportunities in Africa and providing grants to organizations to employ Ghanaian citizens.
The facility's primary objective is to address social protection issues and create jobs, with a focus on supporting the creation of employment opportunities in all sectors.
The IFE facility is part of the Special Initiative created by KfW Development Bank on behalf of the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ).
The initiative aims to create up to 100,000 good jobs and improve working conditions and social protection in its African partner countries, including Ghana.
