GCB Bank PLC has announced the appointment of Professor Joshua Alabi as its new Board Chairman, following the resignation of Mr.
Daniel Kwaku Tweneboah Asirifi as Director and Chairman of the Board.
In a statement, the bank revealed that the Board approved Prof.
Alabi's nomination and appointment as an Independent Non-Executive Director and Chairman of the Board of Directors.
