Deputy Chief of Staff (Operations) at the Presidency, Stan Xoese Dogbe, has issued a strong denial of any association with Samuel Tetteh, an alleged fraudster accused of misusing his name to solicit contracts for printing and framing portraits of the president.
In a public notice issued on Tuesday, January 28, Mr.
Dogbe revealed that Samuel Tetteh has been visiting various ministries, departments, and agencies, falsely claiming to represent him.
The goal, according to Dogbe, is to fraudulently secure contracts under the guise of official authorization.
