Majority Leader has reaffirmed the 's (NDC) unwavering position on the Anti-Gay Bill, stating that the party's stance has remained consistent since the elections.

His remarks came in response to President 's recent suggestion that a government-sponsored bill might be more effective than the current Private Member's Bill.

President Mahama argued that such a move would enable broader consultations and help build stronger national consensus on the issue.

During a meeting with the Bishops on Tuesday, 14 January, President Mahama also highlighted the need to revise the school curriculum to incorporate moral and cultural education, aimed at promoting Ghanaian and African values among young learners.
