The Most Reverend John Bonaventure Kwofie, the Metropolitan Archbishop of Accra, has urged President John Mahama to honour the pledges he made to the people of Ghana in the lead-up to the 2024 general election.

He called on the President to fulfil his commitments regarding issues such as "galamsey fraud," LGBTQ rights, and combating corruption, to reflect the trust placed in him by voters.
