Majority Leader Mahama Ayariga has endorsed President John Dramani Mahama's decision to limit the number of ministers to 60, stating that this figure is sufficient for effective governance.
Speaking on The Point of View on Channel One TV on Monday, Ayariga pointed out that even larger economies, such as Australia, manage with fewer ministers. "I think 60 is enough.
In fact, I have seen bigger economies being run with far fewer ministers.
