Nigerian music icon 2Baba, born Innocent Ujah Idibia, has announced that he and his wife, Annie Idibia, have been separated for some time.
The couple, who tied the knot in 2012, have been one of the couples who have faced all manner of scandals in the Nigerian entertainment industry.2Baba shared the news on his IG stories stating, "Annie and I have been separated for a while now." He emphasized that the decision was mutual and that they remain committed to co-parenting their children.
He also added that at the right time, he would come out and explain things to his fans.
The couple's relationship has been under public scrutiny over the years, with cheating allegations and the challenges that comes with being in the limelight.
