A leading voice in the fight against galamsey, Erastus Asare Donkor, has revealed that some elements in the new government have sanctioned three groups to mine in the Tano Anwia forest reserve.
He is of the view that impunity must not be allowed since there is a change of government.
Making this known in a post shared via social media, Erastus Asare Donkor said "As we speak, three groups sanctioned by elements in the new government are still inside the Tano Anwia forest reserve mining illegally further degrading the forest.
This impunity must not be allowed to fester!!
