A long truck fell off the Achimota overhead onto the road below after the driver reportedly braked suddenly to avoid a vehicle ahead.
According to witnesses, the vehicle mounted the pavement, broke through the railing of the bridge, and fell to the ground as a result of the sudden halt.
No other injuries were reported in the crash that occurred Saturday evening.
The driver was also recovered unharmed.
