Former Chairman of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), Freddie Blay, has acknowledged that the political party lost the 2024 elections because Ghanaians were angry.
To him, ordinarily, the people of Ghana would have supported the NPP but that was not meant to be as Ghanaians suffered some economic setbacks during their tenure.
Freddie Blay is of the firm view that the NPP government led by Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo did not mismanage the country.
However, the economy is to be blamed for the failure to win the 2024 elections. "I'm 80% convinced that there was no mismanagement.
