The Finance Minister, Dr Cassiel Ato Forson has called on the leadership of the Controller and Accountant-General's Department, and the Ghana Revenue Authority (GRA), after assuming office on Thursday, January 23.
The GRA and the CAGD are key agencies under his supervision as Minister for Finance.
Dr Forson charged them to discharge their duties with diligence and innovation; and work tirelessly to exceed expectations and leave a lasting legacy of fiscal discipline and national development.
Prior to his meeting with the GRA and the CAGD, the Finance Minister held a brief inaugural meeting with top Management of theMinistry of Finance where he expressed his pleasure being back at the Ministry and stated that he deemed it a great privilege to serve the people of Ghana.
