President John Dramani Mahama has officially sworn in six new ministers to serve in various portfolios as part of his administration.

The ceremony took place at the Jubilee House, with the president urging the new appointees to serve with dedication, integrity, and a strong sense of purpose.

This follows the approval of the second batch of nominees by Parliament after a thorough vetting and debate.

The six individuals to be sworn in are: • Abla Dzifa Gomashie, Minister for Tourism, Culture, and Creative Arts • George Opare Addo, Minister for Youth Development and Empowerment • Emelia Arthur, Minister for Fisheries and Aquaculture Development • Ahmed Ibrahim, Minister for Local Government, Chieftaincy, and Religious Affairs • Elizabeth Ofosu-Adjare, Minister for Trade, Industry, and Agribusiness • Agnes Naa Momo Lartey, Minister for Gender, Children, and Social Protection In his address, President Mahama reminded the ministers of their responsibility to meet the needs and aspirations of the people, emphasizing that their leadership should reflect accountability, transparency, and a commitment to improving the lives of Ghanaians.
