Dr Eric Bossman Asare The Electoral Commission says all is set for the voter exhibition exercise tomorrow. Earlier, pressure group, Election Watch Ghana picketed the Commission to demand the release of the provisional voters register but were denied access. The group made up of members of the smaller political parties stormed the Electoral Commission's head office on Monday to demand the voters register. The picketing, which lasted barely 2 hours, was a result of the Electoral Commission's failure to make the voters register available to political parties on Friday August 15, 2024 as promised, prompting the group to question the Commission's preparedness for the intended exercise. Convener of the pressure group, Mark Ewusi accused the Electoral Commission of registering people onto the voter roll at the blind side of the political parties.
