Parliament has approved the third batch of ministers nominated by President John Mahama following their vetting by the Appointments Committee.

The approval follows the Committee's recommendation of the Member of Parliament (MP) for Banda, Ahmed Ibrahim; MP for Krowor, Agnes Naa Momo Lartey, and the Techiman North MP, Elizabeth Ofosu-Adjare for ministerial positions.

Parliament debated the motion for the approval of the nominees on Thursday, January 23.

The Second Deputy Speaker of Parliament, Andrew Asiamah Amoako, presided over the session as the House debated the approval of the nominees.
