Today, January 22, 2025, Abla Dzifa Gomashie, the Minister-designate for Tourism, Culture, and Creative Arts, appeared before Parliament's Appointment Committee for her vetting.

The Ketu South MP brings a wealth of experience to the table, having previously served as Deputy Minister for the same sector during President John Mahama's previous administration.

Her return to the ministry is expected to focus on leveraging her expertise to enhance Ghana's tourism and creative arts industries.

Her vetting follows the successful sessions of Agnes Naa Momo Lartey, the Gender Minister-designate, and Elizabeth Ofosu-Adjare, the Trade Minister-designate, who were also assessed by the Committee.
