President John Mahama has appointed Dr.
Randy Abbey as the acting Chief Executive of the Ghana Cocoa Board.
In a letter signed by the Secretary to the President, Dr.
Callistus Mahama, it said this in accordance with Article 195(1) of the Constitution and Section 12(2) of the Ghana Cocoa Board Act, 1984 (PNDCL 81).
