Popular Ghanaian comedian and event organiser, OB Amponsah, has lamented the myriads of challenges that creatives including comedians face when organizing shows and events.
In an interview on Hitz FM's, morning show, OB Amponsah disclose a stark revelation of how he incurred a loss of GH₵ 40,000 from his recent event at the Bukom boxing arena.
OB did not shy away from speaking about the difficulties comedians face in organising their own events, stating that his recent comedy show held at the Bukom Boxing Arena left him in debt. "No, even the just-ended one at Bukom boxing Arena, I made a loss of about GH₵ 40,000.
I've done about five comedy specials with no profit" he told the host DJ Slim.
