President of Ghana, John Dramani Mahama, has maintained Joyce Bawa Mogtari as his aide.
This was contained in a list of new appointees by the president shared by the acting spokesperson, Felix Ofosu Kwakye.
Joyce Bawa Mogtari was tipped to lead the Foreign Affairs Ministry under the John Dramani Mahama administration.
However, she has been maintained in the office of the president as his aide; a position she has occupied since their days in opposition.
