Flagbearer of the National Democratic Congress (NDC) John Dramani Mahama has said that the 'no academic fees for level 100 students' initiative will cost between 270 million and 290 million Cedis. The National Democratic Congress (NDC) has officially announced that it will launch its 2024 manifesto on Saturday, August 24 at the "Jophus Anamuah-Mensah Auditorium of the University of Education, Winneba. The event will have in attendance, the Flagbearer, John Dramani Mahama who is the Special Guest of the occasion. Also in attendance, will be members of the National Executive Committee, members of the Council of Elders, Members of Parliament, Parliamentary Candidates and an array of distinguished guests from the Diplomatic Corps, Clergy, "Nananom", Civil Society Organizations, Academia, Labour Organizations, Creative Arts, among others, a statement issued by the National Communications Officer of the NDC, Sammy Gyamfi on Monday August 19
