The Minister of Education-designate, , the Minister of Roads and Highways-designate, , and the Minister of Food and Agriculture-designate, Eric Opoku, will appear before the Appointments Committee of Parliament on Monday, January 20, 2025, to be vetted on their respective sectors.

The nomination of by President John Dramani Mahama to helm the affairs of the education sector has received mixed reactions from the general public.
