The Volta Regional Youth Wing, together with Weta Chiefs, have sent warm wishes to the newly appointed Managing Director of Bulk Energy Storage and Transportation(BOST), Afetsi Awoonor, while thanking President John Mahama for the honour done them.
The congratulatory message, penned with warmth and pride by Mathias Alagbo, the Regional Youth Organizer, encapsulated the sentiments of the entire youth wing.
It acknowledged the trust placed in Afetsi Awoonor by His Excellency the President, emphasizing how this appointment reflects not only the President's belief in the capabilities of Ghanaian youth but also Afetsi's exceptional contributions to the oil industry. "This elevation is more than a personal achievement," the message read. "It is a recognition of the hard work, resilience, and commitment of a leader who has remained steadfast in his pursuit of excellence.
We are confident that Afetsi Awoonor will bring transformative change to BOST, setting new standards and making both the Volta youth wing and Ghana immensely proud." The youth wing's gratitude to the President was evident, with Alagbo expressing appreciation for the opportunity granted to one of their own to lead such a critical institution. "This honour reflects the President's visionary leadership and commitment to empowering the youth, a gesture we hold in high esteem," he added.
