Parliament's Appointment Committee will sit today, January 20, 2025, as they vet three ministerial nominees.

The sitting, according to their schedule, is expected to start at 8:30 am Ministerial nominees expected to go through vetting today are nominees for Roads and Highways, Kwame Governs Abgodza, Education, Haruna Iddrisu and Food And Agriculture, Eric Opoku.

It is expected that these nominees will be grilled to ascertain how prepared they are to handle these key sectors of the country.

This will be the second sitting of the Appointments Committee, chaired by Bernard Ahiafor, with Emmanuel Armah-Kofi Buah serving as vice chairperson.
