The story of a storyteller is told from different perspectives with many sharing their encounter with the man touted as a perfectionist, and compassionate, among other positive words. But before their encounter with him, he had experienced life in ways that broke him, and made him furious to the point of marking a day as a day he will never forget as he was accused 'wrongly' and sacked by his employers. That is the story of James Ebo Whyte, a renowned playwright known by many as Uncle Ebo Whyte, founder and artistic director of Roverman Productions, a theatre and content production company. Uncle Ebo Whyte's early plays were marked by financial struggles. His debut was funded by a loan from his boss, resulting in a significant loss despite being staged at a 300-seater venue.
