Cecilia Dapaah's aide, Mr.
Kofi Mensah, has categorically denied allegations that the former Minister for Sanitation and Water Resources received $43 million to dredge the Odaw River and transform Accra into the cleanest city in Africa.
In a statement, Mr.
Mensah described the claims as baseless and malicious, asserting that the funds in question, amounting to $42.2 million, were allocated to the Ministry of Sanitation and Water Resources under the Greater Accra Resilient and Integrated Development (GARID) Project.
