Chief Executive Officer of the Ghana Cocoa Board, Joseph Boahen Aidoo, has resigned from his position.
A letter announcing the resignation indicated that he was expected to resign in July 2025 per his renewed mandate; however, he deems it fit to bow out before time to allow for a smooth transition.
He indicated that he remains committed to the sector and will offer any assistance that is needed.
Joseph Boahen Aidoo used the opportunity to thank former president Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo for the opportunity to serve Ghana.
