The Ghana Airports Company Limited (GACL) has dissociated itself from a post on social media regarding the alleged sale of "lost or forgotten bags" at Kotoka International Airport (KIA).
The company reiterated its commitment to protecting the public's interests.
In a statement issued, GACL explained that in October 2024, they were alerted to a post circulating on Facebook about the alleged sale of "lost or forgotten bags" at KIA.
To address this, a disclaimer was issued on October 23, 2024, warning the public to avoid being defrauded.
