A 35-year-old man who butchered his son to death has been shot dead at Antwirifo near Dormaa Ahenkro in the Dormaa Municipality in the Ahafo Region According to the police who confirmed the incident to MyNewsGh.com, the suspect is reported to have attacked his son over what is yet to be made public.
In an attempt to flee the scene, the suspect was shot by an unnamed customs officer, resulting in the suspect's death as well.
When police arrived at the scene, both the victim and the suspect were found lying in pools of blood.
