The Member of Parliament for Ho West Constituency in the Volta Region, , has questioned the Minority in Parliament's call for former government appointees to boycott summons by the Operation Retrieve All Loots(ORAL) Committee.

The Minority, during a press conference on Wednesday, criticised the legal authority of the ORAL Committee, which was established by President as part of the NDC's campaign promise to recover alleged misappropriated state funds.

Speaking to Class News, Bedzrah urged former government appointees to cooperate with the committee, asserting that its mandate is in line with promoting transparency and accountability. "The ORAL Committee's work is critical to ensuring public trust in governance. "Former appointees should engage with the process if they have nothing to hide," the Ho West MP stated.

Bedzrah also suggested that the Minority's reaction might stem from unwarranted apprehension. "Their stance could be seen as a panic reaction.
