Former Member of Parliament for Subin, Eugene Boakye Antwi, is advocating for the New Patriotic Party's General Secretary, Justin Kodua, to be shown the exit.

He is of the view that Kodua has failed woefully and should not be given another term in office by the party. "Elections are determined by results," he said adding that "so when you come and take over a party, the same stick we used in kicking John Boadua out with 169 MPs reducing to 137 so Kodua took it at 137 to 88 so he must go.

It is that simple," he said.

He explained that Kodua could have become the automatic choice for General Secretary, but since he was unable to add up to their numbers, the party should not give him the mandate to lead the party. "You cannot run away from the fact that we have lost this number of seats under your watch.
