The flagbearer of the , , has reaffirmed his government's commitment to creating more jobs to address unemployment. According to him, the current government has created 2.3 million more jobs than any previous administration. Speaking at the party's manifesto launch on Sunday, August 18, 2024, Dr. Bawumia addressed the party members, stating, "We are equally dedicated to generating more job opportunities to significantly decrease youth unemployment, which has risen to over 5 million in the last 8 years alone. He continued, "We have already created 2.3 million jobs, the most of any government in the 4th republic, but youth unemployment remains a pressing issue.
