Asante Kotoko will be without their top scorer, Albert Amoah, for two months following an anterior talofibular ligament injury in his right leg.
The injury occurred during their Ghana Premier League (GPL) Week 16 clash against Medeama SC at the TnA Stadium.
Head coach Prosper Nartey Ogum confirmed the setback and said. "It's tough losing both Albert and Kotei at this busy stage of the season.
I was immediately concerned when it happened, Albert is naturally strong, but his reaction to the impact was worrying.
