The High Court has adjourned the hearing of the application for stay of execution filed by NDC Parliamentary candidates for Okaikwei Central, Tema Central, Techiman South, and Ablekuma North indefinitely.

Presiding over the case on Monday, January 13, Judge Baah Forson Agyapong noted that there had been a notice of non-service to the NPP candidates in the four constituencies.

Counsel for the NDC candidates, led by Gideon Abotsi, who was holding brief for Godwin Edudzi Tameklo, informed the court that, due to the recent developments, they would require additional time for the processes to be properly served on the relevant parties.

The judge granted the request and adjourned the case indefinitely.
