The High Court in Accra has adjourned the hearing of the applications filed by four Parliamentary Candidates of the (NDC) seeking a Stay of Execution of the order of the Court indefinitely.

This indefinite adjournment of the case was at the instance of lawyers of the NDC after the Court had drawn their attention to the process of none service on the New Patriotic Party side.

On January 4, the High Court presided over by Justice Forson Baah Agyapong ordered the (EC) to collate some outstanding polling station results and declare winners at Tema Central, Okaikwei Central, Ablekuma North, and Techiman South.

Moments after the orders were given, the NDC side which is the interested Party filed motions to arrest the orders - as it filed a notice of appeal.
