The Ejura Traditional Divisional Council has condemned the recent attack on the Ejura District Police Command.
He also called for the immediate arrest and prosecution of the persons involved.
The attack, which led to the burning of the police station and other properties, was allegedly carried out by some youth from Ejura Zongo.
It was reportedly triggered by the death of a suspect in police custody, who had been arrested on suspicion of theft.
