Member of Parliament for Ayawaso West Wugon, John Dumelo has provided ideas on how the country can end the importation of frozen chicken.
He argues that Ghanaians will have to demand made-in-Ghana chicken.
As the demand for made-in-Ghana chicken increases, he is of the firm view that it will have a trickling effect on farmers who grow maize.
Making this position known in a post shared via social media, John Dumelo said "Imagine 1,000,000 Ghanaians consuming our made in Ghana chicken monthly.
