An induction and orientation programme is being held for members of the 9th of Ghana today, Saturday, January 11, 2025.
The (NDC) gained an overwhelming majority of seats in the 2024 parliamentary election, securing 183 seats as against the 88 currently held by the (NPP).
Independent members hold four other seats, while a single seat, the Ablekuma North seat, remains outstanding due to an ongoing dispute between the two leading political parties.
