The facilities at the Ashanti Regional Coordinating Council have been left to deteriorate as they have not been taken care of for eight years.
It is noted that the (NPP) government abandoned the project while in office for eight years, leaving the facility to rot away.
The facility occupies a huge acre of land, with the area dried up because of the harmattan, and the flowers withering heavily due to lack of irrigation.
Parts of the ceiling from the outside are broken, with the paint on the building peeling off.
