Two siblings, aged 12 and 8, have tragically lost their lives after being locked inside a water drum by their 6-year-old sister while playing in Takoradi.
According to sources, Paulina Azari reported to the police at 6:45 PM on January 9, 2025, that she had received a distress phone call from her mother earlier that day at about 3 PM.
Her mother informed her that the two children had been found unconscious inside a water-filled drum in their kitchen.
The siblings were immediately rushed to the Takoradi Government Hospital for treatment but were pronounced dead shortly after arrival.
