After the 2024 elections, many sympathizers of the New Patriotic Party (NPP) have attributed their emphatic loss to voter apathy among their members.
Dr.
Mahumudu Bawumia who was the NPP Presidential Candidate stated after conceding defeat that most of their members decided not to vote on the day of elections.
Despite these claims by the leadership of the NPP, most people have sought to find out why some of the party faithful decided to abstain from voting.
