The Electoral Commission (EC) has announced the official 2024 presidential election results, with the exception of one constituency.
This is an update of the results announced by the returning officer of the EC, Jean Mensa, on December 9, 2024, which included 267 constituencies out of the 276 constituencies.
The new results include the total valid votes, rejected ballots, and total votes cast during the just-ended election.
According to the latest update, the National Democratic Congress (NDC) candidate John Mahama leads with 6,591,790 votes, representing 56.42% of the total votes.
