Queen Mother of the Sunyani Traditional Council has debunked claims that a successor for the Sunyani stool has been enstooled.
The Sunyani Traditional Council on Monday, January 6, 202,5 performed all rites to make Yaw Agyare the chief of Sunyani after the passing of the Chief of Sunyani in 2023.
The enstooled chief, according to the traditional council, will be referred to as Odeefour Ogyeamansan Boahen Korkor II.
But speaking to Ark FM in Sunyani, Queen Mother Nana Akosua Dua Asor Sika Brayie II denied the claim indicating that they are still in the consultative stage.
