In his first book, "Uncompromising Thoughts: Leafing Out National Issues," the author identified planning and strategizing as the most effective way to win an election, rather than relying on the Electoral Commission to rig elections in one's favor. On pages 96 and 97 of the book, the author suggests that political parties should invest in training their agents to understand the electoral processes. He stated in the book that if the answer to the question, "Can the EC rig elections in favor of political parties?" is yes, then it would only be possible if the parties place agents who are unfamiliar with the electoral processes. "With the current voting and counting system in Ghana, political parties must train agents who can master the procedures and processes of the electoral chain.
